IGB Awarded Grant from NIH to Develop Efficient Data Structures and Algorithms for Genomic Sequence Data

The long-term objective of this project is to develop and deploy efficient data structures and algorithms for the storage, transmission, querying, privacy protection, and management of large-scale High-Throughput Sequencing (HTS) and genomic information. The project is led by Professor Baldi in collaboration with the laboratories of Professors Goodrich, Jarecki, and Xie.
